A new Proton 11 Beta 3 update has revealed major improvements for Arm-based gaming systems. Valve updated its FEX emulator to version FEX-2605, bringing better performance for both 32-bit and 64-bit PC games. The update also improves controller stability and adds support for newer Qualcomm chipsets.
These improvements are important because the Valve Steam Frame is expected to run on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 Mobile platform. Most PC games are designed for x86 hardware, which means Valve needs strong emulation support to make those games work properly on Arm devices. The latest Proton update clearly shows that Valve is continuing to improve compatibility ahead of launch.

While the listing does not confirm full hardware specifications, it mentions advanced CPU and GPU performance, AI features, and fast connectivity.
