Introduction
The Epomaker Click Lite is special for us at BasimTech because it lets us finally start reviewing gaming gear on our site. We are really happy to have Epomaker with us and thankful for the chance. Yes, the Click Lite mouse was sent to us as a review sample, but what we share here is only our own experience. Our views are honest and not influenced in any way. The Epomaker Click Lite comes with tri-mode connectivity, 24K DPI precision, and a super light 59g design, making it a great fit for office users, light gamers, and even people who just love a clean desk setup.
Unboxing
The Epomaker Click Lite comes in a box with a mostly black theme. On the front, you see the Click Lite branding along with a large picture of the white version of the mouse, while its key features are also highlighted clearly. On the back, the branding continues with another picture of the mouse and extra details about the product and the maker.

Opening the box, the mouse is placed inside a white soft plastic sleeve, neatly tucked in a cardboard container. Once you lift the mouse and container, the rest of the items are revealed — a USB-A to Type-C charging cable, a user manual, and grip stickers.

The unboxing feels minimal, clean, and very straightforward, leaving a good first impression.
Specifications

Build and design
The Epomaker Click Lite is a small and lightweight mouse, measuring 12.1 × 6.36 × 3.87 cm and weighing only 59 grams. It is made from plastic, but the build feels solid for daily use. The design follows an ergonomic ambidextrous style, so it works well for both left- and right-handed users.

The shell has a two-tone colour scheme — the top part is black, while the buttons and bottom are white, giving it a clean and playful “penguin-like” look. On the white model, these colours are swapped, which also looks stylish.

The mouse comes with 7 buttons plus a scroll wheel. Just below the wheel are two buttons for DPI control, allowing you to switch sensitivity on the fly. A small LED light below the buttons changes colour to show which DPI setting is active. Even though this is the more affordable version in the Click series, it still carries many of the same features at less than half the price of the premium model.

Epomaker also includes grip tapes with a gamer-style pattern. These can be added to the sides if you want better hold or just a bit more style. On the bottom, you’ll find glide skates, a connection mode switch, and two extra buttons. One button lets you pick a Bluetooth channel, while the other allows you to change the polling rate instantly. There’s also a removable bottom cover that hides the 2.4GHz dongle when not in use. To keep things simple, there’s one LED for the polling rate and three small LEDs for Bluetooth channel indicators.

Battery and connectivity
The Epomaker Click Lite comes with three ways to connect Bluetooth, 2.4GHz wireless, and USB-C wired. For gaming, the 2.4GHz dongle is the best choice because it feels fast and lag-free, while Bluetooth works well for everyday tasks or when switching between devices like a laptop, tablet, or phone. It has a 500mAh battery that easily lasts for several days on one charge, and even longer if you are using it for light work. When the battery runs low, you can just plug in the USB-C cable and keep using it without interruption. Across all modes the connection feels stable and reliable, which makes it a solid choice for both work and play.

Software
The Epomaker Click Lite comes with simple customization software you can download from Epomaker’s website. The app is easy to use and lets you change DPI stages, remap buttons, and set click effects or button behaviour. You can save profiles to your PC, and switch them quickly when you need different settings for work or play. The software also lets you tweak polling rate and check battery status. It supports Windows, Mac and Linux and is light on system resources, so it does not slow your computer. Installing it is optional, but useful if you want to make the mouse truly yours.

User experience
Using the Epomaker Click Lite feels easy and comfortable right from the start. At just 59 grams, the mouse is light and quick to move, which makes it great for both long work sessions and casual gaming. The ambidextrous shape fits nicely in hand, and the buttons give a crisp, satisfying click without feeling too heavy. Switching between DPI levels is simple with the two buttons under the scroll wheel, and the bright LED light makes it clear which setting you’re on. The mouse glides smoothly on most surfaces thanks to its skates, and the grip stickers give an extra secure hold if you want more control. Whether connected with the fast 2.4GHz dongle, Bluetooth, or wired mode, the overall experience stays stable and responsive.

Final Verdict
The Epomaker Click Lite is an impressive mouse for its price. At only $29.99, it offers features that you normally expect from much more expensive models, like tri-mode connectivity, up to 24,000 DPI, and a lightweight 59-gram design. The build feels solid, the clicks are sharp, and the battery easily lasts through long sessions without worry. While it is marketed as a budget option, it never feels cheap in use. For office users, casual gamers, or anyone who wants a stylish and reliable everyday mouse, the Click Lite delivers excellent value.
