Acemagic has officially launched its new Retro X3 mini PC in China. This compact system follows the brand’s retro design style but comes with modern and powerful hardware inside. The Acemagic Retro X3 is now available for pre-order in China at a starting price of RMB 1,899, which is around $273. This price is for the bare unit, meaning RAM and storage are not included. The global price may be slightly higher when it releases outside China.

The Retro X3 is powered by the AMD Ryzen 7 H 255 processor. This is an eight-core CPU based on AMD’s Zen 4 architecture. It also comes with the Radeon 780M integrated graphics. Because of this, the mini PC should handle light gaming and daily tasks smoothly, similar to handheld gaming devices like the ROG Ally or Legion Go.
Acemagic has added full support for modular memory and storage. Users can install up to 128 GB of DDR5-5600 RAM and up to 4 TB of NVMe storage using a standard M.2 2280 slot. This makes the Retro X3 flexible for both work and home use.

Acemagic Retro X3 Design and looks
The design keeps the classic retro look. It uses a beige plastic body with a large red power button on the front. Port selection is strong for such a small device. On the front, there are two USB 3.2 ports, a 3.5 mm audio jack, and a USB4 Type-C port. Around the back, users get HDMI 2.1, DisplayPort 2.0, a 2.5G LAN port, and four more USB 3.2 ports.
For wireless needs, the Acemagic Retro X3 supports Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2. Cooling is handled by an air-based system that pulls cool air from the top and pushes heat out from the sides and rear. Despite its power, the mini PC stays very small, measuring just 128.2 × 128.2 × 44 mm.
With strong performance, modern ports, and a charming retro design, the Acemagic Retro X3 looks like a solid option for users who want power in a tiny PC.
