Apple’s next flagship is still months away, but talk around the iPhone 18 is already building. While nothing is official, several recent leaks paint a clearer picture of what could arrive later this year.
Small changes, familiar look
The standard iPhone 18 is expected to keep a similar design, although reports claim Apple could shrink the camera bump and make the Dynamic Island slightly smaller. The Pro models may also arrive in new colours, including a dark cherry finish.
Apple is also tipped to keep the same screen sizes while improving display brightness across the range.
Bigger upgrades inside
Most of the rumoured changes appear to be under the bonnet. The entire lineup could ship with 12GB of RAM, alongside new A20 chips and an upgraded modem for stronger mobile connectivity. Battery life may also improve, especially on the Pro models.
Camera improvements remain a major talking point. The iPhone 18 Pro is rumoured to feature a variable aperture system, giving users more control over depth and low-light photography.

Still waiting on Apple
Apple has yet to reveal any official details, but its usual September launch schedule remains the strongest expectation. Until then, every new leak offers another clue about what could be one of the company’s biggest smartphone updates in years.
