January 2026 is shaping up to be a solid month for PlayStation Plus subscribers. Sony has confirmed the Game Catalog and Classics titles, and there’s a clear focus on two major releases.
Resident Evil Village and Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth take the PlayStation Plus spotlight
Resident Evil Village is the standout. The eighth mainline entry in Capcom’s horror series still holds up, making it the perfect warm-up for Resident Evil Requiem, which drops next month on February 27. If you haven’t played Village yet, this is your chance.
Alongside it, Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth arrives for fans of turn-based chaos. Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio continues Ichiban Kasuga’s story with a massive world, plenty of side quests, and the kind of over-the-top energy the series is known for.
The rest of the PlayStation Plus Game Catalog keeps things varied. Off-road fans can tackle Expeditions: A MudRunner Game, thrill-seekers can dive into A Quiet Place: The Road Ahead, and strategy buffs have Darkest Dungeon II. There’s also The Exit 8, Art of Rally, and the chill puzzle title A Little to the Left.
For Classics subscribers, Ridge Racer makes a return, giving top-tier members a taste of nostalgia.
All these titles hit PlayStation Plus on January 20. Extra members get access to the Game Catalog, while Premium and Deluxe tiers unlock the Classics selection. If you’re on the Essential plan, you’ll get a smaller selection, but there’s still enough here to keep the first month of 2026 interesting.
