Battlefield 6 is off to a strong start against cheaters. Battlefield Studios, DICE, Motive, Criterion, and Ripple Effect, report that 98% of launch week matches were cheat-free thanks to their Javelin anti-cheat system.
The system blocked over 367,000 cheating attempts during launch weekend and 2.39 million overall. Secure Boot adoption rose to 92.5%, and most cheat programs have gone offline or been detected.
Developers are now exploring OS-level security tools and working with console partners to stop cheating hardware like Cronus Zen.

Next up, the Winter Offensive update adds a new map, mode, weapon, and the Ice Lock events, where players survive freezing Brooklyn streets with the Ice Climbing Melee Axe.
Cheaters beware, Battlefield 6 is cleaning up.
