ARC Raiders is proving to be a massive hit for Embark Studios, smashing through 700,000 concurrent players over the weekend and racking up more than 2.5 million sales since launch. Not bad for a game that only dropped at the end of October.
According to SteamDB, the game peaked at 462,488 players on Steam alone, showing just how strong its PC audience is right now. Console numbers for PlayStation and Xbox remain under wraps, but even without them, it’s clear ARC Raiders is dominating.
A milestone moment for Embark
Since its release on 30 October 2025, ARC Raiders hasn’t dipped below 100,000 concurrent players on Steam, a rare sight in today’s multiplayer landscape. It’s already outperforming The Finals, Embark’s previous success, and setting a new bar for the studio’s growing portfolio.
The challenge now is keeping that momentum going. Embark has the game roadmapped through the rest of 2025, but player retention will be the real test. Still, with this kind of launch energy and community buzz, ARC Raiders looks ready to hold its ground for the long haul.

For now, it’s safe to say the sci-fi shooter has arrived in style, and the question isn’t whether people are playing, but how long they’ll keep coming back for more.
