FromSoftware confirms Elden Ring: Nightreign DLC, set to arrive before March 2026

Elden Ring Nightreign The Forsaken Hollows

FromSoftware isn’t done with the Lands Between just yet. The studio has officially confirmed that Elden Ring: Nightreign will receive a full DLC, scheduled to drop within FY2025, which means anytime before March 2026.

The news comes straight from Kadokawa Group’s latest earnings report, which also revealed that Nightreign has performed “well beyond expectations.” It seems FromSoftware is more than happy with how the spinoff turned out, and even happier to keep the fire burning with more content.

More than just Nightreign

This DLC isn’t the only thing the team has cooking. While Elden Ring: Tarnished Edition for the Nintendo Switch 2 was delayed to 2026, FromSoftware clearly hasn’t shifted all its focus there. Instead, it’s keeping players fed with something new to explore in Nightreign before the wait gets too long.

Kadokawa’s report also teased a packed lineup for the next two years. The Duskbloods and Tarnished Edition are both set for 2026, while a mobile game based on Oshi no Ko is expected next year. That means the studio isn’t just doubling down on its biggest worlds, it’s expanding across platforms too.

If you thought Nightreign was the end of the journey, think again. With a DLC now confirmed and more projects in the pipeline, FromSoftware seems determined to make sure the Lands Between stays alive and dangerous for a long time yet.
