The game is set to release on February 27, 2026, for PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and the upcoming Nintendo Switch 2. Requiem Nintendo Switch 2 Pro controller
In addition to the pre-order announcement, Capcom introduced a new Requiem Nintendo Switch 2 Pro controller that will launch on the same day. Priced at $99, the controller features a unique Resident Evil-inspired design and will be available exclusively from the Nintendo Store. It’s a stylish option for fans who enjoy limited-edition accessories.

A special Fortnite crossover will also take place for those purchasing the game through the Epic Games Store. Capcom confirmed that players will receive a Grace Ashcroft outfit, based on the main character of Requiem. More items related to this collaboration are expected to be revealed closer to the launch.

The Deluxe Edition offers various in-game extras, such as five exclusive costumes, four weapon skins, two screen filters, and several lore-based collectibles that expand the story experience. These additions make the edition ideal for those who love exploring the game’s details and customisation options.
Capcom also announced an exclusive Grace Ashcroft Amiibo, which will be released alongside the game and controller. Though official images haven’t been revealed yet, the Amiibo is expected to be a favourite among collectors.

With a new controller, crossover event, and Amiibo all arriving at launch, Resident Evil: Requiem promises to be one of the most exciting releases in early 2026.
