The ocean’s about to get a lot darker. Beneath, the Lovecraftian survival horror shooter from Camel 101 and Wired Productions, finally has a release date. It’ll hit PC via Steam on October 27, 2025, before making its way to PS5 and Xbox on October 28.

Fans of Those Who Remain or Syndrome will know Camel 101 has a knack for eerie worlds, and Beneath looks like their most ambitious nightmare yet. You’ll step into the diving suit of Noah Quinn, a seasoned diver trapped in the deep, fighting to survive with limited weapons, scarce ammo, and a growing sense of dread.

To celebrate the announcement, Camel 101 dropped a new launch trailer and a playable demo as part of Steam’s October Next Fest, running from October 13 to 20.
