Survival horror fans, get ready. Tormented Souls II will launch on October 23 for PlayStation 5, Xbox, and PC via Steam, Epic Games Store, and GOG. Publisher PQube and developer Dual Effect confirmed the news today.

Tormented Souls II brings back Caroline Walker. After surviving the horrors of Wildberger Hospital, she hoped for peace with her sister, Anna. But fate twists cruelly. Anna falls ill, coughing blood, her eyes darkening, slipping into blackouts. No doctor can help. Caroline must face the unknown once more.

Players will explore Puerto Miller, a remote South American town with a grim past. Built by the isolated Ismuit tribe, its history hides nightmares waiting to surface. The halls of monasteries and eerie ruins become hunting grounds for unspeakable terrors.

Combat returns with a desperate edge. Players will wield makeshift weapons to battle creatures lurking in every shadow. Supplies are scarce. Every shot, every strike, must count.

Puzzles stand in the way, too. Environmental clues and clever item use will unlock the path forward. Each solved enigma leads deeper into mystery.

The classic survival horror spirit is alive, darker than ever. On October 23, the nightmare begins again.
