Noodlecake and Pine Creek Games are bringing their cosy woodland survival game Winter Burrow to players this winter. It’s coming to Xbox, Switch, and PC via Steam and the Microsoft Store. Xbox Game Pass subscribers can also jump in on day one.

You play as a mouse returning from the big city to find your childhood burrow in ruins. The home you left behind is cold, broken, and missing one important thing, your Aunt, who was supposed to be looking after it. Now it’s up to you to restore it to its former glory and uncover what happened.
It’s not all cosy fires and pie baking. The frozen wilderness is harsh. You’ll gather resources, craft tools, knit warm sweaters, and bake pies to keep yourself alive. Wildlife, including unfriendly insects, roam the woods. But you won’t have to face it all alone. Befriending locals can mean the difference between thriving and freezing.
Winter Burrow lets you play at your own pace. Decorate your burrow, customise your mouse, and choose your survival path. The mystery of your Aunt’s disappearance waits at the heart of it all.
The snow is coming. Time to brave the cold.
