Not every game tries to be loud. Some just show up, say very little, and let the mood do the talking. WILL: Follow the Light feels like one of those.
During the Future Games Show, TomorrowHead confirmed the WILL: Follow the Light release date as 28 April 2026. No long marketing push. No drawn-out tease. Just a date and a quiet confidence.
You play as Will, a lighthouse keeper whose world breaks overnight. A disaster hits home. His son is missing. And there is only one option: get back, no matter what stands in the way.
WILL: Follow The Light – Announcement trailer
This is not about fast action. It is about distance, pressure, and the weight of every step forward.
The world is cold and unforgiving. Travel is slow. Sometimes you walk. Sometimes you rely on a boat. Other times, a dog sled is your only way through.
There are puzzles, but they are not there to slow you down for the sake of it. They feel like part of the journey. Finding a path matters. Making the right call matters more.

Roman Novikov from TomorrowHead says the team is excited. Fair enough. But the real test comes at launch.
This could either slip under the radar or quietly hit hard.
