Silent Hill Townfall might arrive sooner than expected. A major Mexican retailer briefly listed the game with a 26 March 2026 launch date. The listing appeared on Liverpool Mexico, a long-running department store chain founded in the 1800s. It was spotted by Polish outlet CD Action before it disappeared.
Silent Hill Townfall listing sparks questions
The date stood out because it did not look like a placeholder. That pushed fans to question whether the retailer posted the page too early. Some believe Annapurna Interactive acted fast to get the listing removed once it started spreading online.
The timing does line up with the project’s history. Silent Hill Townfall was announced in October 2022 when KONAMI confirmed the franchise’s comeback. Since then, the Silent Hill 2 remake and Silent Hill f have both launched and earned strong reactions. But Townfall is the unusual one. It is a spin-off led by Screen Burn (formerly No Code), a studio known for narrative adventure games rather than classic survival horror.

Concerns appeared last year when issues at Annapurna Interactive raised fears of a cancellation. The studio later confirmed the game was still in development.
If the leaked date is real, an official reveal should be close. With The Game Awards coming up in December, it would be the ideal stage for the next Silent Hill announcement.
