Phanteks has officially launched its new Matrix Series, and it is all about turning a normal PC case into something that looks alive. The new lineup mixes smart LED displays, strong build quality, and good cooling, while still keeping the system easy to use. The series includes the Evolv X2 Matrix, XT View Matrix, and the Matrix-600 Upgrade Kit. All models work with the Nexlinq app, which shows system information and animations while using very little CPU power.

The main idea behind the Matrix Series is simple. Instead of plain glass or metal panels, these cases hide LED displays behind a soft fabric layer. This fabric spreads the light smoothly, giving a calm and premium look instead of sharp and harsh lighting. Users can show temperatures, time, date, messages, or custom animations, all in real time.

The Evolv X2 Matrix is the flagship model in the series. It comes with a large 900-LED display hidden behind fabric and floating glass. The light looks soft and warm, making the PC feel more like a design piece than just hardware. The case uses a vertical cooling layout, pushing air from bottom to top. This helps cool both the CPU and GPU while keeping the inside clean and tidy. It also supports modern rear-connector motherboards, making cable management easier.

For users looking for something more affordable, the XT View Matrix offers a strong balance of price and features. It includes a 600-LED display on the side panel, also covered with soft fabric. The case supports large graphics cards, up to nine fans, and radiator cooling at the top. It even comes with three RGB fans included, making it ready to use right out of the box.

Phanteks has also made it easy for existing users to join the Matrix experience. The Matrix-600 Upgrade Kit allows compatible cases like the XT View and G400A to gain the LED display feature. The kit uses the same fabric-covered 600-LED panel and connects using a SATA cable and USB header. With this upgrade, users can display system stats, text, and animations without changing their entire case.

Everything in the Matrix Series is controlled through the Nexlinq app. The app lets users fully customise what appears on the display. Widgets can be moved, resized, and styled freely. Users can also create their own images and animations. The best part is that Nexlinq runs on dedicated hardware, keeping CPU usage under three percent, even when many widgets are active.

Phanteks is also offering a launch promotion for early buyers. Customers who purchase the Evolv X2 Matrix will receive a Nexlinq Hub for free while supplies last. In the US, buyers need to contact Phanteks support with proof of purchase. In other regions, customers should check with their local retailers.
