NZXT has just expanded its power supply family with the launch of the C Series Gold Core line. This new lineup aims to deliver strong performance, modern standards, and a reliable experience for PC builders. The C Series Gold Core includes three models – the C750 Gold Core, C850 Gold Core, and C1000 Gold Core – all designed for gamers and creators who want efficiency without sacrificing stability.

Each unit is fully modular, which means fewer messy cables and easier builds. Despite their power, the PSUs are compact at 15 cm in length, making them a good fit even for smaller cases. Cooling comes from a 135 mm fluid dynamic bearing fan, with a Zero RPM mode that lets the system run silent under light loads.

The C750 C Series Gold Core is equipped with one 12V-2×6 connector rated for 300 W continuous output, along with two standard 6+2 pin PCIe connectors. Stepping up, both the C850 and C1000 Gold Core bring full 600 W 12V-2×6 connectors and three PCIe 6+2 pin connectors, ready for the most demanding GPUs. Across the lineup, builders also get two 8-pin EPS connectors and at least six SATA power connectors.
Although these models are rated 80 Plus Gold, NZXT has gone further by earning the Cybenetics Platinum badge for higher efficiency. Noise ratings are also impressive: the C750 and C850 scored Acoustics A++, while the C1000 landed an A+. This means solid efficiency paired with whisper-quiet operation.
All three models use a single +12 V rail design with active PFC and DC-to-DC conversion, alongside all the usual safety protections to guard your hardware. NZXT is backing the range with a 7-year warranty, adding extra peace of mind. Pricing details weren’t shared at launch, but the positioning suggests they’ll slot just below the company’s Platinum range.

For anyone planning a new gaming rig or a high-end build, the NZXT C Series Gold Core line looks like a safe and future-ready choice, blending efficiency, quiet cooling, and modern standards into a neat package.
