NuPhy Halo65 V2 wireless mechanical keyboard (5)

NuPhy has launched the NuPhy Halo65 V2 wireless mechanical keyboard, a compact 65% model that combines style and performance. Following the success of the Halo75 V2, this new version adds more colour options, upgrades the design, and focuses on a better typing feel.

The NuPhy Halo65 V2 is priced at $119.99 on NuPhy’s official store and may arrive on Amazon soon. It comes in five colours: Obsidian Black, Ionic White, Mojito Green, Blue Lagoon, and Sakura Fizz Pink, giving users more personalisation choices than before.

The keyboard uses NuPhy’s custom Gateron-made switches with four options: Mint Linear, Raspberry Linear, Lemon Tactile, and Blush Max Silent. These switches are designed with durable materials and are hot-swappable, so users can replace them with other MX switches if they prefer.

Built with a CNC-machined aluminium top and a translucent PC bottom, the Halo65 V2 offers a premium feel. The design also allows space for a 2.4 GHz dongle slot and two-stage flip-out feet. Hardware switches on the back let users switch easily between Windows and Mac layouts.

Inside, the keyboard uses a gasket-mounted PCB and six layers of sound-dampening material for quieter typing. The special GhostBar space bar also reduces unwanted noise, making typing smoother and less tiring.

Nuphy Halo65 V2 tri mode connectivity

In terms of connectivity, the Halo65 V2 supports USB-C wired, Bluetooth 5.0, and 2.4 GHz wireless modes. The wired and 2.4 GHz connections run at a fast 1,000 Hz polling rate, while Bluetooth operates at 125 Hz. Powering everything is a large 4,000 mAh battery, offering up to 85 hours of use with the lights on and up to 240 hours with lighting off.

The NuPhy Halo65 V2 is a strong step forward for those looking for a stylish, compact, and highly functional wireless keyboard.
