Noctua has launched the new chromax.black versions of its popular NH-D15 G2 cooler and NF-A14x25 G2 fans, giving PC users the same strong cooling performance but in a clean and stylish all-black look. These G2 models already earned a great name for being quiet and powerful, and the new finish now gives them a modern and simple design that many people like.

According to Noctua’s CEO Roland Mossig, the G2 series received an amazing response from both buyers and reviewers. He believes that the chromax.black versions will also be a big hit, especially for people who like a build that looks neat and stealthy.

The NF-A14x25 G2 fans are the next step after Noctua’s older NF-A14 and NF-A15 models. They come in both a square-frame and a round-frame version. These new fans use special design changes like a Progressive Bend impeller, a Centrifugal Turbulator hub, small winglets, and a very tight 0.7 mm tip clearance. All of this helps them move more air while staying very quiet. They work well in open airflow setups like case fans, and they also perform well on heatsinks and radiators where more pressure is needed. Their etaPERF motor with SupraTorque gives them extra power when needed.

The chromax.black versions keep the same high-end Sterrox liquid-crystal polymer impeller and all the features that made the G2 fans so popular. The only change is the new black design, and users can add coloured anti-vibration pads if they want to match their build.

The NH-D15 G2 cooler also continues the long success of the original NH-D15. Since its release in 2024, it has received more than 100 awards from tech websites around the world. It uses an improved heatsink with eight heatpipes and the new NF-A14x25r G2 PWM fans to deliver excellent cooling with very low noise. The chromax.black version keeps all the performance but adds a smooth black finish on both the heatsink and fans for a cleaner look. It also includes Noctua’s SecuFirm2+ mounting system, the NT-H2 thermal paste, and a six-year warranty.
