Sorry, soldiers, no one’s getting a head start this time. Activision has confirmed that Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 won’t offer early access. The global launch stays locked for 14 November 2025, and that’s when everyone hits the battlefield.
The internet had been buzzing with speculation after fans spotted odd pre-load timings suggesting the campaign or Zombies mode might go live early. Others claimed the game’s release had quietly moved up by a week. Turns out, it was all smoke.

Confusion cleared about Black Ops 7 early access
Trusted Call of Duty insider CharlieINTEL put the rumours to rest on X, confirming there’s “no early access” and “no change to the release date.” Activision backed the statement, putting an official stamp on it and ending the debate once and for all.
At launch, Black Ops 7 is packing a globe-trotting co-op campaign, from neon rooftops in Japan to the sun-soaked Mediterranean coast. Multiplayer fans get 16 core 6v6 maps and two 20v20 battlefields right out of the gate, while Zombies makes its long-awaited return with classic round-based chaos in the Dark Aether.

No early drop and no advantages.
