Konami has released the launch trailer for Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater, the full remake of Metal Gear Solid 3, and it’s finally set to arrive on August 28 for PlayStation 5, Xbox, and PC via Steam.

The remake keeps the original’s legendary story, characters, and voice acting but upgrades everything else. Rebuilt visuals, 3D audio, and a choice between modern or classic controls make this the most immersive version yet. Even Snake’s body tells the tale of survival, with bruises, bullet wounds, and torn clothes permanently marking his journey.
Beyond the campaign, Konami has packed in plenty of extras. PlayStation 5 and PC get the quirky Snake vs. Monkey mode, while Xbox players can dive into Snake vs. Bomberman. A brand-new online multiplayer, Fox Hunt, adds a stealth-driven hide-and-seek twist, and the Secret Theater returns with both old and newly created comedy scenes.
Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater is shaping up to be more than just a remake – it’s a complete evolution of a classic. The jungle calls on August 28.
