Kysona Mercury unveiled: powerful ultralight mouse for small hands

Kysona Mercury gaming mouse series

Kysona has launched its latest gaming mouse series, the Mercury, designed for gamers with small hands. The new series includes three models— Kysona Mercury Ultra, Kysona Mercury Pro, and Kysona Mercury SE—and each one is extremely light, starting at just 40 grams.

The top model, Mercury Ultra, weighs 41g and comes with a high-end PixArt PAW3950 sensor. It also features durable Omron Optical Micro switches, rated for 70 million clicks. The mouse offers both 2.4 GHz wireless and Bluetooth options, along with USB-C wired support.

All models are compact, measuring only 118×63×38 mm. This makes them ideal for players with smaller hands or those who prefer a smaller grip. The Mercury shape is similar to the Pulsar X2 Crazylight, but with some small changes for better comfort.

Pricing is aggressive across the board:

  • Mercury Ultra: $69.99 MSRP, launch price $49.99
  • Mercury Pro: $49.99 MSRP, launch price $32.99
  • Mercury SE: $29.99 MSRP, launch price $21.99

The Mercury Pro uses the PAW3395 sensor and supports 8 kHz polling. It also gets a larger 500 mAh battery. The SE model drops down to a PAW3311 sensor, with no 8 kHz polling, but still keeps the same lightweight design at 40g.

Switches vary by model. While the Ultra gets optical switches, the Pro uses Huano transparent white switches rated for 100 million clicks. The SE has Huano blue shell white dot switches, rated for 20 million clicks.

Interestingly, all three models have five remappable buttons and macro support. The Pro and SE can be customised using a web-based driver, while the Ultra still needs separate software—something Kysona may improve in the future.

Kysona Mercury series gaming mouse availability

For now, the Mercury series is only sold on Kysona’s website. But if past products are any clue, Amazon listings may follow soon.

This new launch adds another strong option to the budget-friendly wireless mouse market, especially for those who need a smaller, lighter design.
