Higround is back with something special for Sonic fans. After the success of their first SEGA collaboration, the brand has unveiled a brand-new keyboard collection inspired by Sonic the Hedgehog and the classic Dreamcast console. This time, they’ve gone bigger, adding more layouts and designs while keeping the fun, fast, and playful feeling that makes Sonic so beloved.

The new collection isn’t just about looks. Higround wanted to make keyboards that feel and sound great too. They’ve included the 75% and 96% layouts, and a Hall Effect keyboard built for speed and accuracy, making it perfect for both gaming and work. Rustin Sotoodeh, Creative Director at Higround, said the new art styles allowed the team to be playful while celebrating SEGA’s nostalgic and cheerful spirit.

The lineup has five keyboards and matching accessories. The Summit 65+ Dreamcast Design is the premium option at $299.95, with a sleek CNC aluminium body, shiny steel back plate, and a Dampening Plus system for quiet, stable typing. For speed lovers, the Basecamp 65HE Radical Highway Design features Hall Effect technology for super fast and precise key presses, inspired by one of Sonic’s fastest levels.

Fans of classic Sonic will enjoy the Basecamp 96+ Classic Sonic Design at $189.95, offering a compact 96% layout with TTC Neptune switches and Dampening Plus technology for a great sound and feel. The Basecamp 75+ Escape from the City Design and Basecamp 75+ Sonic CD Design keyboards are $169.95 each, small but full of colour, style, and smooth typing performance. To complete the set, there’s a Basecamp 75+ keycap set ($69.95) and matching XL Control Mousepads ($49.95), all inspired by Sonic CD.

The collection will go live on December 12, 2025, at 12 PM PT, available online at higround.co. Some designs will also be sold at Best Buy and Micro Center.
