If you thought Ghost of Yotei was done after finishing the main story, think again. Sucker Punch is bringing New Game Plus to the game on 24 November, and it comes with a mix of new challenges, trophies, and quality-of-life upgrades.
The PlayStation Blog revealed what players can expect. The original trophy list was already generous, but now there are two new trophies to chase. New Game Plus works as usual: you start the story from scratch, but your progress carries over, and a harder difficulty is waiting for anyone who wants a real test.

Players will also get access to a new currency called Ghost Flowers, which can be spent on a vendor offering cosmetics. There’s a new tier of upgrades for weapons and armour, letting you push your build further. Other improvements include the ability to replay main game content, enhanced accessibility options like button remapping, and tweaks to Photo Mode.
This update makes it clear that Ghost of Yotei still has plenty to offer, whether you’re revisiting familiar areas or taking on the new challenge. With New Game Plus, the adventure isn’t over yet—there’s more to discover and master.
