Fanatech Podium DD and the Podium Pedals launch (1)

At this year’s SimRacing Expo 2025, Fanatec, a brand under Corsair, took centre stage with exciting news for sim racing fans. The company revealed the next generation of its high-end Podium Series, showing two impressive new products the Podium DD and the Podium Pedals. Both are now in the final stages of development and will soon be ready for launch.

The Podium DD is designed to replace the well-known Podium Wheel Base DD2. It delivers a powerful 25 Nm of real holding torque and features an upgraded aluminium body inside and out. It builds on the success of the ClubSport DD and ClubSport DD+, offering improved durability, cleaner design, and better response. With FullForce technology and a wider dynamic range, it promises more precise feedback and a smoother driving feel.

The all-new Podium Pedals were made with help from professional drivers. They feature a strong forged aluminium brake pedal the first of its kind in the industry paired with a 200 kg load cell for extreme precision. A special Podium Pedals Formula version will also be released, featuring carbon fibre pedal faces and heel cups, designed especially for formula-style racers.

Fanatec also highlighted its key partnerships at the event. Kunos Simulazioni revealed its upcoming game Assetto Corsa Rally at the Fanatec stage, while Oracle Red Bull Sim Racing drivers Sebastian Job and Jarno Opmeer joined fans to share their racing experiences. Trophi.ai was also part of the booth, showing how it connects with the Fanatec App.

In addition, Fanatec supported the pre-release demo of Project Motor Racing and also featured projects from iRacing Studios, adding even more excitement to the booth.

Fanatec’s strong presence at SimRacing Expo 2025 clearly shows its goal to lead the sim racing world with top hardware and powerful collaborations.
