KOJIMA PRODUCTIONS has officially released Death Stranding 2: On the Beach on PC. The game is now available on both Steam and the Epic Games Store. This launch brings the popular sequel to a wider audience with improved performance and new gameplay content.

In this new journey, players once again follow Sam as he travels across Australia. His goal is to reconnect the world through the Chiral network. Along the way, players will face dangerous enemies and natural disasters like earthquakes, sandstorms, and forest fires. The game keeps its mix of action and strategy, where players must fight, sneak, and survive in harsh conditions.

The Social Strand System also returns. This feature allows players to connect with others around the world. Your actions can help other players, and their actions can also support you during your journey.

The Death Stranding 2 PC version adds a new difficulty mode called “to the wilder.” This mode is made for players who want a tough challenge. It pushes players to use all their skills in very dangerous environments.

There is also a new VR training mode called “Trapped in a Strange Realm.” Here, players can relive past battles. New items like bandanas can also be unlocked. The game also adds fun features like the Chiral Feline and new options in Photo Mode.

Thanks to Nixxes Software, the Death Stranding 2 PC version comes with strong technical upgrades. It supports DLSS, FSR, and XeSS for better performance. Players can enjoy higher frame rates, custom graphics settings, and support for ultrawide and super ultrawide screens. Mouse and keyboard controls are fully supported, along with DualSense features like haptic feedback.

Players with powerful PCs can also enable ray tracing. This improves reflections and lighting, making the game look more realistic. However, this feature is optional and not needed to enjoy the game.

Players who connect their PlayStation account can unlock extra rewards. These include special backpack patches and a unique suit inspired by PlayStation.

Both Standard and Digital Deluxe editions are available. The Digital Deluxe version includes early unlock items, gold skeleton gear, and exclusive patches.
