A new Cyberpunk 2077 mod called More Responsive V is out now, and it fixes one of the game’s biggest immersion issues, V finally reacts to the world.
The mod adds voice lines for when V gets hit, bumps into people, steals a car, or when MaxTac shows up. It also includes lines for when Johnny Silverhand talks during driving. These are all unused voice clips already in the game files, now activated through the mod.

It’s available for free on Nexus Mods, and there’s a demo video showing it in action.
Cyberpunk 2077 still won’t quit
The game just got Patch 2.3 last week, adding AMD FSR 4 and FSR 3.1 Frame Gen on PC, and proper VRR on consoles. Digital Foundry says this is likely the closest we’ll get to a PS5 Pro patch.

Cyberpunk 2077 is out now on PC, PS 4|5, Xbox X|S, and Nintendo Switch 2. For mods like this, PC is still the best place to play.
