The team behind Banchou Tactics, Secret Character, is back with something new, Eternity Breaker, a 2.5D turn-based roguelike set to release on PC via Steam in 2026. It’s all about building your class, breaking the loop, and mastering chaos one skill at a time.

Unlike traditional RPGs, Eternity Breaker doesn’t lock you into a class. Instead, the skills you earn in battle shape who you are. Pick up melee-based abilities and you’ll transform into a Warrior. Mix in some magic and you’re suddenly a Battle Mage. Keep stacking the same skill type and you might evolve into something deadlier, like a Black Knight. With more than 20 class combinations, no two runs will ever play the same.

The game’s 2.5D pixel-art world hides a brutal dungeon packed with randomised encounters, ever-changing skills, and high-stakes choices. Artifacts and items can be combined to forge unique combat setups, rewarding experimentation and creativity.
