A slot machine roguelike? Yep, that’s exactly what Slots and Daggers is. It’s loud, risky, and full of strange little goblins ready to fight you if the reels line up wrong.
From the makers of Summerhouse, this one’s a hard left turn. Future Friends Games has teamed up with solo dev Friedemann to ditch the cosy vibes and go full chaos.
You’re not just gambling with gold. You’re gambling with your life.
“I wanted something completely different,” Friedemann said. “More action. More numbers. More goblins.”
So he threw together everything slot machines, weird fantasy art, old-school hip hop beats, and roguelike mechanics. The result? Pure arcade madness.
Slots and Daggers looks like a notebook doodle that found a casino and never came back. Sketchy visuals, spinning reels, and sounds that go pling pling pling like your local arcade after midnight.
What’s in the Slots and Daggers:
- Reel-based combat
- A fantasy world full of oddities
- Strange little creatures (on purpose)
- Chunky pixel visuals
- Drum loops that slap
- Arcade energy with roguelike tension

There’s no date yet just “Coming Soon” but we’re expecting it before the year’s up. You can wishlist it on Steam now.
If you like games that are weird, risky, and loud as hell, Slots and Daggers should be on your radar. Just don’t get too greedy.
