What to expect from Echoes of the End
The game takes place in a world long ended, where people live only in its echoes. You play as Ryn, who has powerful but unstable magic. Her goal is to save her brother from a harsh totalitarian empire. Alongside her is Abram Finlay, a scholar with a troubled past. Together, they uncover a conspiracy that could cause war in their world, Aema. The story is about trust, sacrifice, and redemption.
Combat combines sword fighting and magic. Ryn grows stronger over time, gaining new powers to fight enemies and bosses. You can also team up with Abram to create combos and explore the world together.
The game features exploration of landscapes inspired by Iceland, such as lava fields and icy mountains. Puzzles use Ryn’s magic, like controlling gravity and illusions. The game also includes traversal moves like double-jumping and dashing.
