Microids is giving Death on the Nile a bold new spin, and it’s docking on PlayStation 5, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, and PC (Steam, Epic, GOG) on 25 September.
This isn’t your nan’s version of Poirot. The game throws players into a reimagined 1970s setting think flared trousers, feminist waves, disco beats, and a very stylish moustache.
You’ll play as two detectives: the legendary Hercule Poirot, and a brand-new investigator, Jane Royce, on a globe-trotting hunt for a killer. From London to New York, then Majorca to Cairo, the chase heats up before it all collides dramatically at Abu Simbel.
And the story doesn’t end where the novel did. Even long-time Agatha Christie fans are in for some twists.
