Intel muscle in a compact build: DeskMini B860

ASRock kicks things off with the DeskMini B860, powered by Intel’s next-gen platform. Despite its size, this thing delivers real desktop power. You’re getting Thunderbolt 4, quad-display output, and dual DDR5 SODIMM slots.

It’s also Energy Star 9.0 certified, which means it’s energy-efficient enough for offices, classrooms, or anywhere low power use is key. Whether you’re juggling spreadsheets or pushing presentations across multiple screens, it’s more than ready.

AMD speed and AI brains: DeskMini X600/USB4

Next up is the X600/USB4, designed for AMD AM5 processors. It ditches the outdated D-sub port in favour of modern USB4, unlocking faster data transfers and greater expansion options.

This one supports triple displays, runs on DDR5 RAM, and takes advantage of AMD’s APUs, ideal for AI video tasks, multitasking, or media-heavy environments like classrooms or home setups. It’s got the flexibility to run both serious workloads and casual streaming sessions.

Big features, small form factor

Both models come with multiple USB ports, expandable storage, and dual DDR5 memory support. Whether you’re building a productivity machine, a media hub, or a teaching terminal, these mini PCs are compact without compromise.

Check out the full specs over on the official ASRock website, DeskMini B860 and DeskMini X600/USB4 are both live now.
