Bandai Namco and Rebel Wolves have shared a 21-minute gameplay video for The Blood of Dawnwalker. It gives us a full look at the story, combat, and world design. The game is a dark fantasy RPG set in 14th-century Europe, just as war and plague grip the land.

You play as Coen, a man cursed to become a Dawnwalker. That means he walks both in sunlight and shadow. The world is falling apart, and vampires have begun to rise. Creatures of the night are no longer hiding.

A gritty RPG where every choice cuts deep

The story is all about choice. You can save your family or seek revenge. You can fight with a sword, use magic, or embrace your vampire powers. Every choice shapes what happens.

The day and night cycle changes how you play. During the day, Coen uses his human skills. At night, he becomes a deadly vampire. Both forms have strengths and weaknesses. Combat is fast, heavy, and full of options.

Time is running out in The Blood of Dawnwalker

The game adds pressure with a time system. Every quest moves time forward. That means you can\’t save everyone. Some people will be lost. And the villain won’t wait. The world is hand-built and powered by Unreal Engine 5. Forests, swamps, ruins, and towns all feel alive. You can explore freely and find hidden stories everywhere.

The Blood of Dawnwalker is due out in 2026 for PS5, Xbox, and PC.
